Our group workouts are designed to push us to the limit, and beyond.

Grit NOLA is a unique gym that’s about 4,000 Square foot of indoor and outdoor workout space that allows for the workouts you will perform. In our facility you will find Versatile equipment, including kettlebells, barbells, sleds, rings and ropes, Floors made of shock-absorbent, sound-dampening rubber. Come join us for a free workout.

Welcome to the GRIT NOLA community, we are here and still growing and would be happy and honored to have you in our community.

Our program is proven to develop your general physicals skills. We want to bring the best version of yourself out. If you are willing to commit to a life change for the better, we want to help you, and you must be ready to do the work. We will motivate and encourage you during the tough workouts and be there to congratulate you on any personal achievement and stride you make in the gym towards your overall goal… We will be there for you.
